Last Spring I had the pleasure of working with Kate Hubler Photography on a Greenhouse Wedding editorial that was featured on 100 Layer Cake. The setting for this romantic fairytale was the gorgeous and lush conservatory at Rockwood Mansion. I was immediately smitten when I laid my eyes on the vintage glass structure with all the greenery inside. Twinkling cafe lights draped above the sweetheart table, stunning floral artistry by Cottage Flowers, etched glass and moss details; made this soft toned, romantic affair feel like magic. Take a look at some of my favorite images of the day…
The lovely favor display tucked in among plants gave the table an organic, natural aesthetic.
I created a handmade artistic installation in blush and mint hues for a subtle pop of color.
The beautiful monochromatic cake was created by Brooklyn Girl Bakery and was the obvious centerpiece of the dessert table. Greenery wreaths with flower accents served a backdrop to our table. Other sweets were served in gorgeous depression glass and milk glass dishes.
These two were so fun to work with! They had recently gotten married and their love was so evident throughout the entire day. Gorgeous couple, inside and out.
Thank you to all the artists that made this photo shoot a success!
